This role will be responsible for becoming part of a high-performance loan processing team, publishing robust KPIs and measurement of SLAs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Loan Processing within funds administration, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence./pp/pp/ppbResponsibilities/b/pulliHelp lead the transition of all loan processing activities for the global credit business to a centralized operational model in 2026./liliDevelop and execute a comprehensive transition plan, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies./liliEnsure seamless knowledge transfer and integration of loan processing activities, minimizing disruption to business operations during the transition./liliImplement and publish comprehensive KPI and SLA framework for the loan processing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives./liliEstablish clear metrics for processing efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and timeliness./liliOptimize workflows to maintain continuous loan processing and timely resolution of issues, improving service levels and client satisfaction./liliFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team./liliLead the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives within Loan Processing throughout 2025./liliCollaborate with technology and operations teams to automate manual processes and implement advanced tools to enhance loan processing efficiency./li/ulp/ppbQualifications/b/pp/pulli3–5 years of experience in loan processing within funds administration or a related financial services function./liliStrong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through transition and change./liliProven track record of process improvement and operational excellence./liliExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills./li/ulp/ppCompensation Range: The hourly rate for this position is $40 - $43 per hour.
