As our new Personal Trainer you will: /pullipProvide excellent customer service and help to maintain a positive user experience in the gym/p/lilipWork 1:1 and in small groups with clients to help them define and meet their fitness and health goals/p/lilipWrite workout plans for clients to be executed both with and without your supervision/p/lilipProvide fitness education and advice to gym users/p/lilipWork with the personal training team to continue to expand the team#39;s knowledge and ability to perform/p/lilipAny and all administrative duties related to planning workouts, reporting hours and scheduling training sessions with clients/p/lilipOther duties as assigned/p/li/ulp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ppubThe Ideal Candidate would have:/b/u/pullipCurrently certified through one of the nationally accredited industry associations (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.)/p/lilipMinimum of 1 year personal training experience working with clients/p/lilipDemonstrated ability to perform necessary training movements and exercises/p/lilipExcellent communication skills/p/lilipCreative thinker/p/lilipProven ability to teach and motivate others/p/lilipBasic understanding of nutrition and weight loss/p/lilipAbility to work with many different types of people in a corporate setting /p/li/ulp/ppspanbResidents of California:/b Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $16.99/hour to $100.0/hour in addition to admin rates as required by local law. . Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, duration of class, and work experience as well as other business needs.
