ul
liDirect incoming customers to available parking spaces./li
liControl traffic at entrances and exits as needed./li
liAnswer questions promptly and courteously./li
liInform customers of the parking rate./li
liMaintain a neat and clean appearance, arrive, and remain in complete uniform before and during scheduled shifts./li
liGive directions to customers to various locations in the area./li
liReport any unknown, observed, or suspected violation of company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the supervisors./li

liTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability required./li
liLess than High School education or one month of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience./li
liAvailability to Work: Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work the 3rd shift and weekends may be a requirement./li
liAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees of the company. Ability to write simple correspondence./li
liAbility to add and subtract two digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money./li
liEmployees will be required to maintain a neat and clean appearance and be in complete uniform at all times./li
