CAD Designer - Dynamic Engineering

Overview: p style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"The CAD Designer is responsible for the AutoCAD drafting of the land development plan sets for various types of retail, commercial, industrial and residential site projects throughout regions where we do business.  /span/p Responsibilities: divspan style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"• Plan and prepare preliminary layouts and detailed design drawings from engineering notes, sketches, and/or other drawings, ensuring they meet company and industry standards and codes./span/divdivspan style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"• Draft Land Development Plans, Zoning Plans, Concept Plans and Construction Documents. /span/divdivspan style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"• Draft Site Plan Renderings for Municipal Presentations./span/divdivspan style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"• Work closely with Engineers, Designers and other Drafters to ensure coordination design effort is maintained./span/divdivspan style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"• Complete drawing/project responsibilities within scope, budget and schedule; review drawings for completeness and accuracy. /span/divdivspan style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"• Organize/maintain all revisions of project drawings, plot files and project-related information. /span/divdivspan style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"• Utilize 3rd party applications like AutoTURN and AGI32 to generate drawings based on specific project requirements. /span/divdivspan style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"• Complete earthwork analysis (cut/fill takeoffs). /span/divdivspan style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"• Perform other duties as assigned./span/div Qualifications: divspan style="font-family: calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"• High School Diploma required.
