div div div divGreet patients as they arrive and leave our clinic in a friendly manner. The Front Desk/Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients in a professional manner; updating and verifying patient information, including obtaining patient ID/insurance information, processing copayments, and registering patients in the billing system; maintaining a smooth flow of communication between patient, provider, and clinical staff; handling scheduling inquiries; and providing other assistance as needed.br /br /Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30a to 4:30pbr /br //div /div /div /div h2What you will be doing/h2 div div divbr / ul liGreet and check in patients in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner./li liAccurately enter/update/verify insurance information and patient demographics and work with several medical computer programs./li liCompletes patient registration process by reviewing accounts and other compliance-related documents for completeness and accuracy. Obtains and documents missing information required for registration./li liPrepares paperwork for patient visits./li liVerifies patient benefits and eligibility, when needed. Collects all necessary co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance, as needed. Responds to questions regarding accounts status, payment arrangements, and concerns.
