IL Patient Sitter - PRN - Full-time / Part-time

pstrongPosition Summary:/strong/p pThe Patient Sitter provides close observation and companionship to patients who require continuous monitoring for safety reasons, including those at risk of falls, confusion, or self-harm. Working under the supervision of nursing staff, the Patient Sitter ensures the patient’s environment remains safe, reports changes in patient behavior or condition promptly, and maintains patient dignity and privacy at all times. This role is critical in supporting the healthcare team and enhancing patient care outcomes./p pstrongEducation:/strong/p pHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred. /p pstrongExperience:/strong/p pPrevious experience working in a health care setting is desired, but not required./p pstrongLicenses/Certificates:/strong/p pstrongCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of IL. /strong/p pstrongCompensation:/strong/p pHourly Range- $18.00-$27.00/p pstrongIncentives:/strong/p pEligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes.
