Operations Supervisor

pAimé Leon Dore is looking for an Operations Supervisorstrong /strongto join our team in Los Angeles, reporting directly to the Store Manager at our LA Flagship. This position will be responsible for supporting our day-to-day business operations of inventory management, retail operations, logistics, and sales operations. The ideal candidate has a keen attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, and ability to balance between multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.nbsp;/p pnbsp;strongDuties amp; Responsibilities/strongnbsp;/p ul liemInventory Management:/em Work closely with Planning team on execution of retail replenishments and send backs, along with ensuring inventory accuracy across LA Flagship and LA Cafe ul liMaterial management across all retail teams for selling materials and cafe disposables which includes ordering and flagging low materials to proper cross functional departments.nbsp;/li liExamine all inventory levels throughout the store to ensure product quantity levels are maintained.nbsp;/li liOwns inventory adjustments / accuracy across LA Retail and LA Cafe/li /ul /li liemOperations/em: Support all retail team requests, prepare teams for launches, perform inventory cycle counts, repairs, and maintain communication between HQ and retail.nbsp; ul liEnsure proper understanding and execution of all Aimé Leon Dore policies and procedures.nbsp;/li liWork with the Store Manager to ensurenbsp; proper staffing for the day to day BOH operations and planning ahead for operational preparation./li liImplement and maintain efficient opening and closing procedures/li liSupport any store maintenance and seasonal retail changes./li liConsistently reach and aim to exceed all KPIs/li /ul /li liemWarehouse Communication / Logistics:nbsp;/emMaintain communications with our west coast warehouse and ensure replenishments are packed and shipped within SLA.nbsp; ul liSet up pick up and delivery for shipments as necessary./li liReceive delivery as necessary./li /ul /li liemRetail Training / Continuous Improvement/em ul liExhibit a high degree of professional maturity and lead by example/li liCreate team spirit and cultivate an environment where team members are recognized as valued contributors to the overall success of the flagship/li liCreatenbsp; SOP documents for (receiving, cycle counts etc)/li liOnboard and train new and existing team members on SOPs, best practices and new practices.nbsp;/li liProvide direction to back of house teams on day-to-day operations, bin organization, and planning of inbound products./li liEstablish clear expectations for BOH team members ensuring all team members are anticipatory to BOH needs, actioning on responsibilities, and effectively communicating.nbsp;/li /ul /li /ul pstrongQualifications/strongnbsp;/p ul linbsp;2-3 + year’s experience in retail, and/or operations/li liPrior experience working on a growing team/li liProficient in Microsoft Suitenbsp;/li liMust be anticipatory and take initiative on task management across departmentsnbsp;/li liAbility to take ownership on all duties and responsibilitiesnbsp;/li liMust be organized an illustrate keen attention to detailnbsp;/li /ul pSalary Range: $24.50 - $26.50 per hournbsp;/pdiv class="content-conclusion"pAimé Leon Dore is from Queens, NY.
