li strongSchedule:/strong Per diem; schedule varies as needed with flexible hours between 6:15AM to 12:15PM/li
listrongCompensation:/strong $21–$24 per hour (commensurate with experience)/li

pIn this role, thestrongspan Phlebotomist/span/strong will:/p
ul

pPerform venipuncture and collect blood, urine, and tissue specimens using proper techniques and Universal Precautions/p
/li
li
pConfirm lab orders in, verify patient identity, and ensure accurate specimen collection and labeling/p
/li
li
pFollow insurance guidelines and complete necessary consent forms prior to specimen collection/p
/li
li
pProcess specimens for in-house or external testing (e.g., Quest, LabCorp, ACL, genetic panels)/p
/li
li
pMaintain cleanliness and proper stocking of phlebotomy and clinical areas/p
/li
li
pEnsure biohazard and sharps disposal procedures are followed/p
/li
li
pProvide timely and compassionate service to patients/p
/li
li
pSupport nurses with specimen-related workflows and patient follow-ups/p
/li
li
pCommunicate clear expectations around results timelines and next steps/p
/li
li
pMaintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to HIPAA at all times/p
/li
li
pProvide coverage at other clinic locations as needed, including weekends/p
/li

pHigh school diploma required/p

pPhlebotomy certification or diploma required/p

pCPR certification required/p
/li

pProficient in venipuncture and clinical specimen processing/p

pPrior experience in a fast-paced medical office or fertility clinic strongly preferred/p

li
pFamiliarity with EMR systems and lab portals /p
/li
li
pStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask/p
/li
li
pAble to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team/p
/li
li
pMust be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to start (unless an approved medical or religious exemption is provided)/p
