Owners Representative - Full-time

The Owners Rep's role is to oversee contractors performing work in accordance with the guidelines and specifications of the client and oversee permitting procedures. You will NOT be performing the maintenance and physical labor./ppstrongRequirements/strong/pulli12 years previous experience in Industrial and/or Heavy Commercial work required./liliExperience with stormwater or water treatment systems required./liliMust be trained and experienced in excavation and be considered a competent person per OSHA 29 CFR1926 Subpart P #8211; Excavations./liliExcellent communication skills amp; computer skills (Microsoft Office) required./liliMust have the ability to deal with political aspects of a large corporate environment./liliOSHA 30 certification required./liliProject starts May, 2026./lili10-12 hour days.
