Visual Merchandising/span/p pspan style="font-size: 14pt"Ensure that store displays are visually appealing, well-organized, and stocked to attract and engage customers./spanbrspan style="font-size: 14pt" Key responsibilities include:/span/p ul lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Lead Retail Sales Leads during merchandising shifts to ensure store standards are met./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Conduct merchandising training for Retail Sales Leads./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Collaborate with buyers and store leadership to bring visual merchandising and guest experience to life./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Implement brand standards through effective product placement and intuitive store navigation./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Execute powerful product presentations aligned with company standards to drive sell-through./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Seek input from the buying team and merchandising director to highlight key products./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Ensure products are correctly priced, labeled, and placed in backstock and on the sales floor./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Coordinate with the Associate Merchandising Director for promotions and product launches./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Communicate with the Store Manager regarding layout changes,/spanbrspan style="font-size: 14pt"freshness, and store standards./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Manage the visual merchandising budget, including sourcing materials and fixtures./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Order branded fixture offerings from sales representatives./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Design and present seasonal and exterior window displays for approval and feedback./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Implement visual merchandising strategies based on seasonality and stock levels./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Install or oversee setup of windows and in-store displays./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Research lifestyle and design trends to inform visual merchandising strategy./spanbr/li /ul pbrbr/p pspan style="font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold"2. Monitoring Encouraging Sell-Through/span/p ul lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Regularly compare sales floor and backstock levels; replenish and refresh displays as needed./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Identify low-stock products and determine appropriate markdown or relocation strategies./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Notify buyers of fast-turning or low-stock items./span/li lispan style="font-size: 14pt"Scan apparel and footwear backstock weekly to maintain stock accuracy./spanbr/li /ul pbrbr/p pspan style="font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold"3.
