pRoad Runr is looking for motivated, high energy team members that will perform the general cleaning requirements for our customers. Team members are expected to provide a consistent and high quality service by maintaining a clean, secure and a safe work environment./p pDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESbr / You will be responsible for coveringnbsp;rest area positions includingnbsp;filling in for absent employees, employee training, project work and other duties as assigned. Assignments and work schedule will vary daily based on company needs./p ul liFilling in for absent employees at various locations in the Jackson and Ann Arbor Areas/li liDelivering supplies, equipment, etc/li liTrain/retrain employees as needed/li liGeneral janitorial cleaning tasks including; Emptying trash containers, taking trash outside to dumpster areas, Dusting, spot cleaning, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning windows, polishing surfaces, Cleaning and stocking restrooms; cleaning toilets, sinks, floors, plunging toilets, etc., Sanitizing surfaces such as telephones and drinking fountains/li liCompleting customer work orders, correcting complaints, etc./li liClean and organize janitorial closets/li liOther duties as assigned./li /ul ul /ul pCOMPENSATION/p ul li$14.00 - $16.00/Hour/li litravel allowance/li /ul ul /ul pQUALIFICATIONS/p ul li1nbsp;- 3nbsp;years experience in the janitorial industry required/li liPrevious supervisory experience helpful especially with employee training capabilities/li liMust have own reliable transportation to get to and from various job sites/li liPower washing experience helpful/li liMust have flexible availability and willing to work assigned hours/li liMust be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written format with other employees and the customer/li liMust be able to work independently with minimal supervision/li liMust be a team player/li liMust be able to work holidays/li /ul pPHYSICAL DEMANDS/p ul liMust be able to stand/walk for entire length of your shift/li liAbility to lift and carry objects weighing from 15 to 25 pounds/li liOccasionally push and pull wheeled carts loaded with products up to 50 pounds/li liRegular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head/li /ul pHOW TO APPLY/p ul liApply online at www.roadrunr.com, hit the APPLY NOW button/li /ul
