Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.p style="text-align:inherit"/pdivdivdivdivdivdivdivp style="text-align:left"bJob Description/b/p/div/div/div/div/div/div/divdiv/divdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivpbSIGN-ON BONUS: $1,000 ($500 paid after 30 days of employment, $500 paid after 90 days of employment) /b/pp/ppbuJob Responsibilities:/u/b/pullipInspect vehicles to ensure the required repairs and work is satisfactorily completed./p/lilipCoordinate the workflow to ensure all vehicles are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with established Manheim quality standards./p/lilipMonitor process and work being performed to ensure SOPs are being followed properly./p/lilipEnsure the appropriate PPE and safety equipment is available and employees are properly trained in their use./p/lilipResponsible for ensuring all services are performed and appropriately charged against the vehicle./p/lilipMonitor and control the use of supplies, materials, and equipment for the Detail Shop, and coordinate the replenishment process./p/lilipAssist the Supervisor in the monitoring and implementing guidelines for a safe work environment and achieve compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations./p/lilipVisibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling those behaviors./p/lilipActively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence./p/lilipPerform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, including driving vehicles into building and to proper clean car staging area, occasional sale day driving./p/li/ulp/ppbuQualifications:/u/b/ppbMinimum:/b/pullipHigh School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field./p/lilipOR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline./p/lilipOR 5 years’ experience in a related field/p/lilipSafe drivers needed; valid driver#39;s license required./p/lilipAbility to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles./p/lilipAbility to stoop, bend, kneel, squat, and lean for extended periods./p/li/ulp/ppbPreferred:/b/pullipBasic knowledge of auto detailing, paint application processes, and associated repair procedures (preferred but not required)./p/li/ulp/ppbuWeather Environment: /u/b/pullipOccasional exposure to fumes, odors, and weather conditions. /p/li/ul/div/div/div/div/div/div/div/div/divp/pp/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pdivdivdivdivdivdivdivp style="text-align:left"bDrug Testing/b/p/div/div/div/div/div/div/divTo be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
