Shift Differential/p/lilipSat amp; Sun: 8am to 6pm #61; b#43;$3.00/hr./b Shift Differential/p/lilipSat amp; Sun: 6pm to 8am #61; b#43;$4.50/hr./b Shift Differential/p/li/ulpbr /bAs a Veterinary Technician, you will: /b/pullipInduce, monitor and recover anesthesia in patients and use anesthesia/monitoring equipment. /p/lilipTriage emergency cases as they arrive at the hospital including obtaining vitals such as temperature heart rate, respiratory rate and blood pressure. /p/lilipPerform digital radiography using proper technique including proper positioning of patients. /p/lilipHave a complete understanding of normal ranges of patient vital signs, including but not limited to heart and respiratory rate, temperature, blood pressure and oxygen saturation.  /p/lilipObtain and interpret blood pressure and other vital signs and alert Veterinarian to changes and issues. /p/lilipIdentify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR. /p/lilipProperly calculate medical math (including constant rate infusions) and administer medications via appropriate routes and duration. /p/lilipAre proficient at performing phlebotomy and placing intravenous catheters in all peripheral vessels. /p/lilipPlace and maintain feeding tubes and central line catheters.  /p/lilipHave a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers. /p/lilipHave patience and empathy to address client concerns. /p/li/ulp/ppbWhy BluePearl?/b /pullipOur passion is pets.
