Credit Collections Specialist - Full-time

The Collection Specialist must have the ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and work closely with other team members to identify, resolve, and share information regarding paying trends and guideline updates.brbr/div/div h2How You Will Help/h2 divulli!--block--Contact customers regarding invoices/accounts which are past due.nbsp; Providing information as requested by the customer to facilitate quick remittance.nbsp; Obtain payment arrangements./lili!--block--Research and reconcile deduction/chargeback disputes, discrepancies, and short payments in a timely manner./lili!--block--Analyze disputes from current and past incidents to understand the root cause and develop and implement solutions to minimize and prevent future occurrences./lili!--block--Provide back up to the Deduction Analyst to process discrepancies pertaining to pricing, allowances, discounts, damages, shortages, and RMA claims./lili!--block--Develop and maintain a rapport with a variety of internal and external customers ensuring the highest level of customer service through relationship building./lili!--block--Perform other duties as needed and as assigned by the Credit Manager./li/uldiv!--block--brbr/divdiv!--block--br/div/div h2What You Will Bring/h2 divulli!--block--Minimum 2-3 years collections/AR experience required; in lieu of experience college degree will be considered/lili!--block--Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbal and written/lili!--block--Strong interpersonal, organizational and follow-through skills/lili!--block--Strong problem solving, decision making, and analytical abilities/lili!--block--Strong communication skills required to deal professionally with customers on delicate situations/resolving issues/lili!--block--Strong teamwork skills with ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships/lili!--block--Ability to learn new ERP systems quickly.nbsp; Knowledge of AS400, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, Word, and Outlook./li/uldiv!--block--brbr/divdiv!--block--br/div/div h2Compensation/h2 divdiv!--block--The base salary range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00 USD hourly*.nbsp;brbr*The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this role.
