The ideal candidate will be skilled and experienced in the residential hospitality field. He/she will be responsible for providing excellent member service and maintaining strong professional relationships./ppCandidate should also be an outgoing, high energy, driven, and professional person who has a sincere interest in problem solving, and running the front desk efficiently./ppbr//ppstrongPay rate:/strong $20.00 / hr/ppstrongSchedule and shift:/strong Fri - Mon (3:00pm - 11:00pm)/ppbr//ppstrongQualifications/Requirements:/strong/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required./liliPrior residential concierge experience./liliWorked with 250+ units (desirable)./liliExperience with Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, Entrata, et.al. preferred/liliMust possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public./liliNeed to have computer literacy skills to submit reports, maintain logs, produce signage, etc./liliNeat and professional appearance./liliAbility to provide excellent customer service and work well with people./liliDetail oriented and able to handle multiple functions at the same time./liliMust display exceptional communication skills./liliMust be knowledgeable of the local area, tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation services./liliMust be flexible and have open availability.
