Be the ultimate role model they'll look up to every single day./lilistrongManaging Like a Boss: /strongAssist the Site Director with certain management tasks, including maintaining accurate attendance and registration records, and ensuring proper staffing levels to keep the program running smoothly. You will be the designated person in charge when the Site Director is not on site./lilistrongKeeping Everyone in the Loop: /strongMaintain open lines of communication with parents and family members through the Playground App./lilistrongTeam Collaboration:/strong Communicate effectively and regularly with the Site Director, ensuring they're up to speed on daily occurrences and addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner. By working together as a cohesive team, we'll provide the highest quality of care, foster a positive working environment, and proactively tackle any challenges that come our way./li/ulpRequirements/ppstrongEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:/strong/pulliAssociate's degree in Child Development, Child Development Certificate./li/ulpstrongOR/strong/pulliSix college credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development and Nine college credits in Education, Psychology, Health Care, Nursing, or any other field related to child growth or development./li/ulpbr//ppstrongQUALIFICATIONS:/strong/pulliYou've got the green light from your doctor - medically fit to rock all the job duties and free of any communicable diseases including TB./liliYou’re warm, friendly, and upbeat.
