Examples include hospice aide, OT, PT, MSW, Dietitian or Clinical Supervisor/li liProvides appropriate pain/symptom management. Evaluates patient�s response to treatments/medications/li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liGraduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program/li liThree years nursing experience.
