Every interaction is an opportunity to create a positive experience and make a meaningful impact./divdivnbsp;/divbr/br/bIn this role you'll/bbr/liEngage clients with exceptional service while supporting a wide range of sales and service activities./liliProcess routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments./liliBalance your cash drawer with precise currency and coin handling./liliConsult with clients to understand their needs and introduce products, services, and digital banking tools that support their goals./liliIdentify opportunities to expand relationships and make referrals to partners across Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Investment Services./liliProactively communicate with clients to educate, resolve concerns, strengthen loyalty, and gather feedback./liliHold appointments to identify client needs, provide solutions, and support their financial success./liliOpen new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and resolve account issues while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations./liliSupport branch lending processes by answering questions, completing applications, and preparing accurate documentation./libr/br/bWhat we're looking for/bbr/liYou have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
