Join FlexCare’s innovative team delivering IV therapy to patients with neurological, rheumatologic, gastroenterological, and immunological conditions./span/pp /ppspanstrongWork Schedule: /strongPRN / Clinic hours are Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am -4:30 pm/span/ppspanstrongLocation:/strong 520 N Camino Mercado, Casa Grande, AZ / Enjoy the flexibility to work across up to 13 clinics throughout the Great Phoenix area – if you’re interested in expanding your experience./span/pp /ppspanstrongPrimary Responsibilities:/strong/span/pullispanProvide direct IV care for pediatric and adult patients/span/lilispanPrepare and administer sterile medications per protocol/span/lilispanMonitor and respond to infusion reactions under NP supervision/span/lilispanCommunicate with providers and document clinical assessments/span/lilispanSupport order entry, lab review, and protocol updates/span/lilispanEnsure accurate, timely documentation and participate in quality assurance/span/li/ulpbrspanYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in./span/pbr pspanstrongRequired Qualifications:/strong/span/pullispanASN, BSN or MSN Degree/span/lilispanActive and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Arizona/span/lilispanBLS and/or CPR certification, or willing to obtain upon hire/span/lilispanWillingness to obtain additional licensure and/or ONS certification within 90 days/span/lilispanSolid IV skills /span/lilispanFamiliarity with EMR, Microsoft Office, HIPAA, OSHA, and INS standards/span/lilispanValid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation/span/li/ulpbrspanPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment.
