This role manages infusion scheduling, work queues and In Basket communications within the EPIC electronic medical record system to ensure accurate and timely scheduling. The Infusion Scheduler collaborates closely with physician teams to support efficient coordination of treatment plans and works with the Authorization team to confirm that all required approvals are obtained prior to scheduling.
