This position is responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to residents and guests as well as performing a variety of services in both Independent amp; Assisted Living Dining areas. Come join our family and be a part of a full time or part time staffing team Inspired to Serve and a loving community where you are always welcome.p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ppibspan style="font-size:14px"In this role, the Dining Services Aide will:/span/b/i/pullipspan style="font-size:14px"Set up and wait on Resident tables in a Restaurant style atmosphere setting./span/p/lilipspan style="font-size:14px"Take Resident meal orders amp; continue table service throughout mealtime./span/p/lilipspan style="font-size:14px"Bus tables, load dishwashers throughout the mealtime./span/p/lilipspan style="font-size:14px"Sanitize kitchen amp; dining areas, Replace table settings each mealtime./span/p/lilipspan style="font-size:14px"Assist Cooks with meal preps amp; setup of line as needed./span/p/lilipspan style="font-size:14px"Assembling individual meals to go as needed./span/p/lilipspan style="font-size:14px"Assuring that all shift duties are thoroughly completed before the close of each shift period./span/p/li/ulpspan style="font-size:14px" /span/ppibspan style="font-size:14px"The ideal candidate will have:/span/b/i/pullipspan style="font-size:14px"Relevant dining experience./span/p/lilipspan style="font-size:14px"One year experience working in a Healthcare setting helpful but not necessary./span/p/lilipspan style="font-size:14px"Ability to demonstrate effective reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills required./span/p/lilipspan style="font-size:14px"Full understanding and effective application of sanitation, food borne illness, and cross-contamination policies and procedures as well as the use of HACCP protocols./span/p/lilipspan style="font-size:14px"Knowledge of dining room operational procedures and etiquette, proper small wares handling, as well as knowledge of Residents Rights./span/p/lilipspan style="font-size:14px"Willingness to work with and interact with older adults./span/p/lilipspan style="font-size:14px"Complete all monthly training and compliance./span/p/lilipspan style="font-size:14px"Attend monthly staff meetings and mandatory meetings./span/p/li/ulp/pp/pp/ppbCertificate(s): /b/pullipCurrent Food Handler’s Permit is required./p/li/ulp/pp/pp/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pdivdivdivdivdivdivdivp style="text-align:left"bCompensation Pay Range: /b/p/div/div/div/div/div/div/div$12.83 - $15.40 per hourp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"bReasonable Pay Estimate/b/pA reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $12.83 - $15.40 per hour.
