We consistently live the Atkore mission, strategic priorities, and behaviors, consistent with our core values./p pstrongWho we are looking for: /strong/p pWe are currently looking for a Quality Technician to be based out of Kokomo Indiana, reporting to the Quality Supervisor.  The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring quality parts are being produced during their shift and any nonconforming parts are properly contained./p pstrongWhat you’ll do:/strong/p ul liAdherence to Atkore Safety / Life Saving Rules is paramount./li liKnowledge of 5S, lean sustainment and problem solving./li liMeasure, Inspect document 1supst/sup piece and ongoing production quality./li liPrevent non-conformances from escaping by exercising proper containment activities./li liEnsure adequate labelling of finished goods as well as properly identifying suspect, rework, or defective product./li liEnsure customer packaging requirements are met./li liDaily tasks are primarily on the production floor and include walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, lifting up to 50 Lbs., etc. to perform inspections./li liAll duties as instructed by supervision./li /ul pstrongWhat You’ll bring:/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma required.
