Come join our innovative, fun, and growing team today!/p pstrongSchedule:/strong/p ul liPM shift hours are from 3:00 P.M. - 3:00 A.M. with a schedule of 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on and 7 days off/li li12 hour shifts with strongconsistent/strong hours, NO SWING SHIFT/li liOvertime after 36 hours!/li liMany of our employees enjoy the rotating shift due to the days off received, which allows for time to accomplish things around the home and spend time with friends and family!/li /ul pstrongPay:/strong/p ul listrong$23.00 - $25.00 per Hour. /strongemThe hourly rate for this position is determined by the level of the role, relevant experience, and may incorporate shift differentials, ensuring fair compensation that reflects both expertise and responsibilities entailed./em/li listrongShift differential for the PM shift is $2.00 per hour/strong/li /ul pstrongWhat will I do in this role?/strong/p ul liResponsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements./li liMaintain superior attendance record./li liPerform all tasks following safety guidelines at all times./li liComply with all Belmark operating procedures and work instructions./li liMust take accurate notes for reference guide when operating press independently./li liPerform basic set ups of a job within a 3 month time frame./li liFully understand schedules, job information and basic calculations within a 3 month time frame./li liMaintain a neat, clean and organized work area./li liUnderstand basic color and ink handling procedures in a 3 month time frame./li liAbility to complete all necessary paperwork and computer entries from the start to the end of any given job by the end of a 6 month time frame./li liMay perform other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor./li liWill have job duties specific to our Hazardous Waste Management Program for the proper disposal of spent solvents, waste inks and other designated waste products.
