(FT/PT)/li liOur Mission: We Celebrate and Enhance All Lives with Kindness Integrity/li /ul pstrongHighlights of the HCA Caregiver Position:/strong/p ul liA passion for helping seniors./li liMust be HCA certified or Certified Nurse Aide./li liExperienced Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) per state requirements. /li liOne-year experience in working with older adults preferred Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff./li liAbility to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime, as needed./li liMust have a genuine interest in the care of the elderly and for issues that impact the elderly./li liAbility to relate to residents and staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner under all circumstances./li liDemonstrated ability to work in a team setting and to convey strong public-relations skills./li liMaintain a positive, respectful, and professional approach with coworkers, residents, and staff./li /ul pThe salary range for this position is $20.00 to $24.00.
