As the Community Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction, apartment maintenance, marketing and financial performance for this affordable property./span/p pstrongspan style="color: #000000;"This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour/span/strong/p pspan style="color: #000000;"strongKey Responsibilities:/strong/span/p ul lispan style="color: #000000;"Oversee daily operations of an affordable multi-family apartment community, ensuring the property remains a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for all residents./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site apartment staff, providing guidance on customer service, leasing, and resident relations to ensure the apartment community operates smoothly./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"Manage the leasing process for the community, including marketing available units, conducting tours, processing applications, and executing leases for new residents./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"Ensure the financial performance by creating and maintaining budgets, preparing monthly financial reports, and monitoring expenditures./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"Conduct regular inspections (interior and exterior) to ensure the community is well-maintained and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"Administer resident programs and services, focusing on building a strong apartment community and maintaining high resident satisfaction./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"Oversee renovations, including interior and exterior updates, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"Ensure compliance with housing regulations/span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"Handle resident concerns and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues quickly and fairly./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"Prepare and submit annual operating budgets and conduct quarterly budget reviews./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"Maintain records for all resident transactions, including move-ins, move-outs, rent collections, and renewals./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"Foster a team-oriented environment, working closely with corporate leadership and staff to achieve community goals for the complex./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"Ability to drive for business purposes to include, bank deposits, community supplies, competitive analysis of neighboring communities, and other duties as assigned./span/li /ul pspan style="color: #000000;"strongWho You Are: /strong(Requirements of the Position)/span/p ul lispan style="color: #000000;"You have 2-3 years of experience in property management, specifically in supervising and managing affordable apartment communities./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"Experience with affordable properties, Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC), and Section 8 is required./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"You have hands-on experience in overseeing the daily operations of a multi-family apartment community, with strong leadership skills./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"You have a strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collections specific to apartment communities./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"You are proficient with property management software, such as Yardi and/or MRI, particularly in managing apartment records and financials./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"You have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to effectively engage with residents, staff, and vendors./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing operations./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"You are passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and fostering a positive community for residents./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"You are physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds./span/li lispan style="color: #000000;"You have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance./span/li /ul pspan style="color: #000000;"strongWhy You'll Love Working Here:/strong/spanbr /span style="color: #000000;"CONAM Management Corporation is more than just a job — it’s a career where you can grow and be recognized for your expertise in Property Management.
