Responsibilities:/b/pp style="text-align:inherit"b  /b/pul/ulullipGreet guests in a friendly and professional manner as they approach the bar/p/lilipProtect establishment and patrons by strictly adhering to company policy as well as all state/local Health Department regulations sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies/p/lilipMaintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards/p/lilipPresent menus to guests and promote specials and/or specialty house drinks/p/lilipCheck guest identification to ensure that they meet the minimum age requirement for consumption of alcoholic beverages/p/lilipEfficiently operate restaurant equipment (e.g. telephone, juice machine, soda fountain, etc.)/p/lilipMaintain a knowledge of the menu items and assist guests by explaining how various menu items are prepared/p/lilipTake guest orders, communicate orders to kitchen, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner/p/lilipPeriodically check on guests to ensure all needs and expectations are being met/p/lilipContinuously monitor guests for potential intoxication and determine when alcohol service should cease/p/lilipAdhere to all bar related RAMP, TIPS, I-PACT safety training protocols/p/lilipUtilize Point of Sale (POS) and registers to accurately run tabs, prepare checks, and successfully record all financial transactions/p/lilipStore and stock refrigerators, ice machines, cups, straws, napkins and other service items as needed/p/lilipSanitize and clean service areas, bar tops, and surrounding bar areas, as needed/p/lilipManage to-go orders and retrieve them from the kitchen, as needed/p/lilipPromptly escalate any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or emergencies to the proper authorities/p/lilipAll other duties assigned by leadership/p/lilipPay Rate: $17 / hr./p/li/ulpbEducation and Experience:/b/pullipNo education requirements for this position/p/lilip1#43;
