By enhancing our properties and training techniques, we have made our managed hotels a better place for our guests to stay and a better place for our employees to work./p p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in"strongSpecific Requirements:/strong/p ul liAssist the Hotel General Manager in the hotel#39;s quality by inspecting rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds for cleanliness and order./li liAssist in the management of the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry and Sales at the hotel./li liAssist in the Recruiting, hiring, training and leading of employees to meet and exceed service and quality of goods./li liAssist in Coaching, counseling and motivating of all employees as necessary./li liAssist in compliance of Federal, State, local and company regulations are followed./li liLearn to control costs effectively to meet budget guidelines through forecasting, labor control and PL performance./li liHelp in managing property inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure proper stock levels are maintained while remaining within budget./li liAssist in the management of the daily, weekly and monthly administrative functions including but not limited to scheduling, labor reporting, night audit verification, payroll and responding to guest reviews etc./li liPerforms all other duties as assigned./li /ul p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in"nbsp;/p p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in"strongExperience:/strong/p p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in"nbsp;/p ul liPrefer 2 years of management experience, preferably in extended stay hotels, restaurant or retail management./li liMust be self-motivated and have the ability to work without direct supervision./li liUnderstanding Profit and loss statements and budgeting experience preferred./li liAbility and drive to lead a team and have the attitude for success./li liCompensation will be compensatory with experience./li /ul pINDNG/p
