Under the management of the GM, assistant managers, and Franchise owners, and the support of a CycleBar Experience team, Sales associatesnbsp;must exemplify leadership qualities in all areas of the business. nbsp;Sales associatesnbsp;must have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order build a strong ambassadorship and retain members. The Sales Associatenbsp;is rooted in hospitality and upholds our Mission of fueling energetic communal experience./ppstronguRequirement:/u/strong/pulli1+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience./liliConfident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales./liliAbility to manage and drive 2 revenue streams: memberships and retail./liliMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email/liliAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment./liliAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment./liliAn affinity and passion for fitness./liliSolid writing and grammar skills./liliHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines./liliProfessional, punctual, reliable and neat./liliStrong attention to detail and accuracy./liliTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential information./liliAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public./liliProficiency with computers and Studio software./li/ulpstronguDuties:/u/strong/pulliLead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking/liliMembership sales/liliMaintain cleanliness and organization of the Studio/liliSchedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions/liliStategize marketing to generate new leads/liliAny other duties as assignednbsp;Responsible for the acquisition of new members and the retention of existing members/liliConversion of non-membership based users to membership base/liliConduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing first time rider/lead flow/liliBuild rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
