We continue to invest heavily in the best available manufacturing tools and equipment needed to adhere to Tate’s world class standards and in keeping with our Planet Passionate sustainability strategy, our focus is on having minimal climate impact./p pWe are excited by potentially welcoming you as part of our team as we continue to grow on a worldwide scale./p p /p pstrongAbout the Role /strong/p pThe Stock Keeper 2 is responsible for ensuring proper materials are available to the assigned departments while maintaining accurate inventory transactions via scanning equipment for manufacturing departments.  The Stock Keeper 1 also accurately loads trucks, receives material, and completes required paperwork. /p p /p pstrongWhat You’ll Do /strong/p ul liLoad and unload tractor trailers for receiving and shipping purposes./li liOperate forklift as assigned for loading and unloading heavy material; inspect and weigh materials to standards; write order tickets and distribute copies where needed./li liProvide movement of materials and supplies between receiving, manufacturing, shipping, and storage areas using forklifts./li liControl the issue and receipt of materials to production, verifying work order numbers, quantities, and status of work orders./li liClearly label all cartons and accurately record part numbers, quantities, and number of cartons required for each customer number./li liEnsure that materials are correctly staged/shipped and all paperwork is correctly written to coordinate transactions./li liRotate material using older materials first or as manufacturing requires, utilizing space in the plant efficiently./li liAdvise supervisor about low inventory and material needs which require ordering./li liMaintain good housekeeping and follow established safety procedures./li /ul ul liFollow all policies, procedures, and work instructions including Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Manufacturing Operating Procedures (MOPs), Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), and Safety Manual./li liMaintain awareness of individual contribution to and impact of the quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and activities; report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel./li /ul p /p pemAdditional Expectations/em/p ul liRemain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy./li liEnsure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands./li liResponsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System./li liMust raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service./li /ul p /p pstrongWhat You’ll Bring/strong/p ul liHigh School Diploma or GED; or equivalent manufacturing experience./li listrongForklift experience and prior licensing required./strong/li listrongManufacturing experience required./strong/li listrongPrior leadership experience preferred./strong/li liAbility to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions./li liAbility to learn company-supplied software./li liAbility to interface with a diverse workforce./li liAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally during an 8-hour shift./li liAble to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch for an 8-hour shift./li liMust be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel machinery, equipment, or parts and work near moving mechanical parts./li /ul p /p pstrongWhat You'll Get/strong/p ul liemPay range: $22.45 USD to $25.90 USD per hour./em/li liemCareer Scope and Advancement: /emAs we grow, new positions and career opportunities arise, offering accelerated paths for the right candidates, locally and globally./li listrongemWorld of Wellness/em/strong Philosophy: We empower you to take charge of your health and well-being.
