Our comprehensive benefits package includes health coverage, continuing education support, and wellness programs./p pLet’s grow together—apply now and discover the difference you can make at Vivie!/p pemVivie is an equal opportunity employer./em/p pAs a Physical Therapist, you will: /p ul liDeliver Direct Client Care – Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans with short-term and long-term goals./li liMaintain Accurate Client Records – Document services accurately and timely using Vivie’s EMR system, ensuring compliance with all payer sources and authorization requirements./li liFacilitate Follow-Up Programs – Recommend and oversee continuation programs to support long-term client success and optimize discharge outcomes. /li liCollaborate and Communicate Effectively – Work closely with clients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to provide care./li liEnsure Regulatory Compliance – Complete and document supervisory visits with PTAs and RA/CNAs in accordance with state and regulatory guidelines./li liOther Duties as Assigned – The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive. /li /ul p This job also requires: /p ul liCurrent Physical Therapist license in the state of Minnesota./li liStrong collaboration and teamwork skills./li liClear and compassionate communication abilities./li liProficient in English for effective communication with staff, clients, and visitors. /li liSuccessful completion of a state-mandated background check./li liAble to physically perform the duties required by the position./li liMust obtain CPR certification within 6 months of hire./li /ul p Additional Details: /p ul liEmployment Type: Hourly, non-exempt (eligible for overtime)/li liDepartment: Therapy/li liTravel Requirements: No/li liThis role does include supervisory visits with PTAs, but does not include formal supervisory responsibilities./li /ul
