Join us and play an important part on our incredible team!/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pdivbWhat you get to do:/b/divdivdivdivdivullipEnthusiastically represents SeaWorld by displaying a positive attitude and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job/p/lilipFacilitate educational sleepover programs for student groups from Pre-K through 12th Grade/p/lilipEnsure safety of participants for entire duration of sleepovers/p/lilipOrganize, inventory, and prepare materials for education programs/p/lilipSupport Summer Day Camp programs by facilitating camps and carrying out operational logistics as needed/p/lilipStaff exhibit positions to ensure safety of guests throughout the park, while conducting informative and engaging microphone presentations as needed/p/lilipThis position has cash handling amp; responsible vending duties/p/lilipPerform other duties as assigned/p/li/ulp/ppbWhat it takes to succeed:/b/pullipAt least 18 years old/p/lilipHigh School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred./p/lilipDemonstrate high quality guest service skills/p/lilipValid state driver’s license with a good driving record and proof of insurance/p/lilipAble to meet company driving guidelines/p/lilipAble to successfully complete all legal, company, and department training requirements to include, but not limited to, passing required tests and certifications within established timelines/p/lilipAvailable to work overnight up to three nights a week for sleepover programs; Ambassador will not be scheduled more than 3 sleepovers within a work week/p/lilip6 months previous experience working with children preferred/p/lilipAble to follow all park and departmental policies and procedures/p/lilipWilling to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines, safety, and employment standards./p/li/ulul/ulpbWhat else is important:/b/pullipAble to stand and walk for an entire shift./p/lilipAble to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors, and cold/heat temperature extremes/p/lilipPosition engages in extensive walking and standing and climb/ascend heights.
