IN PERSON ONLY./strong/ppnbsp;/ppstrongWhatnbsp;Yoursquo;llnbsp;Do:/strongnbsp;/pul type="disc"liPerform a danger assessment, a crisis assessment, an environmental assessment upon entry to the community situation and lethality assessment/liliPerform a diagnostic assessment/liliPerform annbsp;on-scenenbsp;assessment and treatment plan/liliEffectively perform crisis intervention including de-escalation, crisis planning and implementation/liliAble to show knowledge of various community referrals, mentalnbsp;healthnbsp;and non-mental health/liliAbility to makenbsp;appropriate referrals, providing follow-up accordingly to ensure linkage/liliCompetently make decisions about the need for an emergency petition and/or alternative psychiatric evaluation/liliAbility to complete an emergency petition and educate anynbsp;appropriate partynbsp;on the process/liliBe able to address population of child, adolescent, adult, dual-diagnosis,nbsp;co-occurringnbsp;and elderly/liliDemonstrate a working knowledge of the medical implications when working with substance abuse consumers/liliWork with families and involved persons to de-escalate the situation, make a crisis plan, and enlist cooperation with recommended treatment/liliProvidenbsp;accuratenbsp;clinical information to family and involved persons related to recommendations and possibilities fornbsp;treatment/liliWork in a professional and collaborative way with police, fire and other community agencies when asked to do so/liliProvide consultation and coordination to ERnbsp;staff, ifnbsp;ER evaluation is necessary/liliAppropriately and effectively document clinical and non-clinical information,nbsp;regardingnbsp;consumers, using CRS procedures/liliParticipate in and complete all required trainings/liliProvide education in the community about the agency and all components of CRS when needed/liliCheck work e-mail and EMR according to agency protocol/liliAble to provide clinical supervision and mentoring to interns and/or lesser licensed staff/liliAbide by all Federal, State and local confidentiality regulations (i.e.: HIPAA, 42CFR Part 2, etc.)/liliComply withnbsp;all mandatory reporting and duty to warn, according tonbsp;Federal,nbsp;Statenbsp;and local regulations/liliAble to comply with and follownbsp;all ofnbsp;the programsrsquo; contractual and operational requirements, as outlined by your manager/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpnbsp;/ppstrongWhat We Require:/strongnbsp;/pul type="disc"liBachelors in nbsp;Social Work,5 years related experience./liliValid driverrsquo;s license and proof of current automobile insurance./li/ulpbr/ppstrongWhatnbsp;Yoursquo;llnbsp;Get:/strongnbsp;/pul type="disc"listrongSalary Range: $30 - $35 per hour/strong depending on licensure and experience./liliCompetitive benefits package including a 403(b) with company match./liliFinancial assistance for licensure fees./liliOpportunities for career growth, training and development, flexible work schedules and shifts./liliCompany-wide wellness program./liliThe rare opportunity to make a difference in the very community that you call home.
