Learn more at a href="http://www.voala.org/"www.voala.org/a./p pstrongPAY RATE: /strong$24.84 - $26.15 Per Hour/p pstrongBENEFITS:/strong VOALA offers competitive medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits./p pstrongContinuous Quality Improvement (CQI)/strongstrong- Corporate/strong/p pServing those who serve others.  The Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Department supports the programs of VOALA through data collection and validation, identifying, describing, and analyzing strengths and problems and then supporting the Evaluation Department and the Programs as they implement and update best practices.  The CQI Department works with all VOALA programs to ensure their hard copy records and electronic databases meet legal and funder requirements, and reviews selected program procedures for compliance with funder requirements and goals.  The CQI Department strives to ensure that all VOALA programs are �audit-ready�./p pstrongJOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE/strong/p pThe Data Monitor will review data collected for clients accessing various residential programs of VOALA.  The following duties may be handled in conjunction with Funder staff, and Program staff where applicable./p pstrongDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/p ul liReview and validate data entries for accuracy, consistency, and completeness across various systems or reports./li liIdentify and correct data discrepancies, errors, or omissions in collaboration with data entry staff or program teams./li liEnsure compliance with organizational data standards, policies, KPIs, and regulatory requirements./li liMaintain documentation of data review processes, findings, and corrective actions./li liSupport data quality audits and assist in preparing reports and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders./li liCollaborate with analysts and program staff to improve data collection tools and workflows./li liProvide feedback and training to staff on data quality best practices./li liMonitor data trends and flag potential issues for further investigation./li liAssist in the development and refinement of data review protocols and checklists./li /ul pstrongESSENTIAL DUTIES:/strong/p ul liDocumentation and data entry Review /li liIdentify and correct data discrepancies, errors, or omissions in collaboration with data entry staff or program teams./li liMaintain documentation of data review processes, findings, and corrective actions./li liSupport data quality audits and assist in preparing reports and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders./li liCollaborate with analysts and program staff to improve data collection tools and workflows./li liProvide feedback and training to staff on data quality best practices./li liMonitor data trends and flag potential issues for further investigation./li liAssist in the development and refinement of data review protocols and checklists./li liOther duties as required (subject to change based on the needs of the organization). /li /ul pQualifications/p pstrongREQUIREMENTS:/strong/p ul liMust be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications/li /ul pstrongEDUCATION:/strong/p ul liAssociate or Bachelor�s degree in Data Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field./li /ul pstrongEXPERIENCE:/strong/p ul li1-year experience in data review, quality assurance, or administrative support./li /ul pstrongPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:/strong/p ul liBachelor's degree preferred/li liFamiliarity with HMIS, Adsystech, and/or Clarity programs/li /ul pemVolunteers of America is an Equal Opportunity employer.
