Forklift Operator FT - Full-time

pPosition: Forklift Operator First Tactical /p pReports To: Inbound Manager/p pFLSA Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt /p pSUMMARY: This role is responsible for safely operating a forklift to move, stack, and organize products and materials throughout the warehouse. The Forklift Operator plays a key role in receiving, storing, and shipping inventory while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace./p pThe ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment./p pResponsibilities/p p• Operate a forklift to safely load, unload, move, and stack products/p p• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to maximize space and efficiency/p p• Accurately follow work orders and instructions for storage or delivery/p p• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track product movement and stock levels/p p• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs or safety concerns/p p• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and other inventory control activities/p p• Adhere to all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations/p p• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to ensure timely completion of tasks/p p• Perform other duties as assigned by management/p pRequirements/p p• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment/p p• Proficient in safe forklift operation and warehouse safety practices/p p• Experience using RF scanners and basic warehouse management systems (WMS)/p p• Ability to interpret work orders, labels, and product identification numbers/p p• Strong organizational and time-management skills/p p• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment/p p• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs/p p• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods/p pPHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK CONDITIONS:/p p• Work is performed indoors in a warehouse environment/p p• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching/p p• Ability to lift and move products weighing between 10–50 lbs regularly/p p• Repetitive hand movements and fine motor coordination required/p p• Use of standard warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks/p pReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions./p p /p
