Maintenance Repairs amp; Troubleshooting:nbsp;/strong/pulliDiagnose and perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.nbsp;/liliTroubleshoot and repair major appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, washers/dryers).nbsp;/liliPerform general carpentry work such as drywall repair, patching, painting, and door/lock repair.nbsp;/liliAddress and resolve issues with windows, screens, blinds, and cabinetry.nbsp;/li/ulpstrong2/strong. strongApartment Turnover (Make-Ready):nbsp;/strong/pulliEfficiently prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they are market-ready.nbsp;/liliTasks include painting, deep cleaning, repairing all components, and replacing items as needed.nbsp;/liliEnsure all make-ready work is completed within the established timeline.nbsp;/li/ulpstrong3. Grounds amp; Common Area Maintenance:/strongnbsp;/pulliMaintain the property's curb appeal by picking up trash, pressure washing, and maintaining clean common areas (laundry rooms, clubhouse, offices).nbsp;/liliPerform light landscaping duties as needed (trash removal, sweeping, leaf blowing).nbsp;/li/ulpstrong4/strong. strongPreventive Maintenance:/strongnbsp;/pulliConduct routine inspections of the property, buildings, and equipment.nbsp;/liliPerform scheduled preventive maintenance on all mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems, pool equipment, and emergency generators.nbsp;/li/ulpstrong5.
