From sharpening edges and waxing skis to handling complex repairs, you�ll use your technical skills, product knowledge, and passion for snow sports to deliver best-in-class service and keep our guests coming back./p pstrongWhat You�ll Be Doing (Besides Planning Your Next Powder Day):/strong/p ul liBuild trust with guests by providing accurate information and excellent service./li liAssess when skis or snowboards need tuning or repair and recommend the best service option./li liPerform ski and snowboard tuning: sharpening, waxing, mounting, drilling, and more./li liMaintain accurate pricing and ensure promotions are up to date./li liKeep the workshop clean, organized, and operating safely./li liFollow all Christy Sports safety standards and procedures in the repair shop./li liMonitor inventory and stay on top of industry trends and technology./li liSupport teammates and pitch in with other duties as needed./li /ul pstrongWhat Makes You a Fit:/strong/p ul liStrong ski or snowboard background and a love for the sport./li liSelf-motivated, able to multitask, and detail oriented./li liComfortable with POS systems (preferred)./li liExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)./li liAble to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs./li liEagerness to learn � we�re happy to train the right candidate who is excited about learning the trade!/li /ul p /p pstrongWhat You Can Expect From Us:/strongbr / We know that learning the ins and outs of ski and snowboard repair can feel intimidating � and that�s why we�re here to support you every step of the way.
