Responsible for meeting all applicable guidelines to ensure exemplary audits. Provides support and backs up the Branch Operations Manager in their absence./span/pp/ph2uPosition Description:/u/h2pbEssential duties and responsibilities include the following./b Other duties may be assigned./ph2/h2pResponsibilities include:/pullipServes as a primary point of contact for branches with a Senior Branch Manager./p/lilipBuilds relationships with current customers to maintain goodwill and gain additional business./p/lilipWorks with Branch Manager to assign duties and work schedules to staff to ensure efficient functioning of the branch./p/lilipPromotes a culture in which personnel are encouraged to develop their skills and abilities./p/lilipWorks with Branch Manager to administer organization policies in a fair and equitable manner with regard to discipline, dress code, tardiness, absenteeism or insubordination and fully document all incidents and actions taken./p/lilipWorks with Branch Manager to conduct and oversee training of all new staff including documentation of progress through their first 30, 60, and 90 days and ensuring that all applicable requirements are met./p/lilipServes as subject matter expert on branch operations and identifies areas for development, provides training and guidance to staff in these areas, and promotes an environment of operational excellence./p/lilipOversee performance of operations and security tasks such as timely vault audits, teller drawer counts, open and close procedures, card plastic controls, reconciliations, etc./p/lilipEnsures new account documentation is complete and accurate./p/lilipMaintains strong understanding of bank’s procedures./p/lilipIs an advocate for the Bank’s products and services and ensures staff to understand the features and benefits, and how to properly setup and support the Bank’s offerings./p/lilipResponds to and resolves customer issues./p/lilipExamines monetary logs and instruments, and check holds for accuracy./p/lilipEnsures daily balancing of vault and all branch cash./p/lilipOversees reporting of teller transactions to appropriate departments./p/lilipPerforms the duties of front-line staff as needed to handle periods of high volume./p/lilipAdheres to all bank and regulatory requirements and participates in required training./p/lilipActively participates in local community and bank sponsored events./p/lilipMaintains the security and confidentiality of pertinent information and records./p/lilipCompletes required training within prescribed deadlines to develop an understanding of banking industry and banking regulations and job skills./p/lilipOther duties as assigned./p/li/ulp/ppuQualifications:/u/pullip6#43; months bank teller experience required/p/lilip6#43; months personal banker experience required/p/lilipSome supervisory experience preferred/p/lilipCustomer service, sales, and cross selling experience desired/p/lilipMust possess professional qualities, high energy, results driven, and self-motivation/p/lilipEvidence of leadership abilities, a strong work ethic, detail orientation, and organizational skills/p/lilipSolid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook/p/lilipExcellent communication skills required, both written and verbal/p/lilipTravel to various TBK Bank locations may be required for training at the time of hire and at various times during the team member’s career./pp/p/li/ulp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"ubCompensation Range/b/u/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pHourly: $18.76 - $25.70p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"spanbWe offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, 401k and much more./b/span/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ph2Go on.  Do it.  Apply Today!br / /h2
