The successful candidate will demonstrate the most effective teaching and learning research in lesson planning and content delivery. This candidate will demonstrate collegiality, flexibility, and leadership within the department, school, and college. nbsp;WCTC offers opportunities for personal and professional growth, a future-focused department team, instructional training, and support in an institution that is thriving./ppUnder direct supervision of the associate dean, the primary responsibility is providing instruction to students enrolled in a variety of psychology courses.
