When applicable, provide information regarding eligibility of WFS programs and community resources via phone or walk-in inquires./span/li li style="text-align: left;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Review participant records in electronic case management database for completeness for monthly Quality Assurance per pre-determined procedure.
