I�m excited to share that we are looking for our newest teammate to help us with our mission./p pstrongKey Items:/strong/p ul listrongMobile Role:/strong Operate a company vehicle; valid driver's license required/li listrongPay: $18-$30 per hour, based on experience/strong/li /ul pstrongWhat You'll Do:/strong/p ul listrongRecalibrations:/strong Complete static and dynamic ADAS recalibrations on foreign and domestic vehicles at 360Align locations or at mobile customer locations after completing internal training./li listrongTeam Collaboration:/strong Communicate effectively with the field team to ensure efficiency and productivity./li listrongTool Utilization:/strong Use various tools for effective recalibrations and ensure tooling software updates are completed daily./li listrongDiagnostics:/strong Conduct pre and post scans, troubleshoot complex recalibrations, and test drive vehicles after recalibrations./li listrongCustomer Service:/strong Develop relationships, deliver consistent results, and explain ADAS recalibration needs to repair center personnel./li listrongInventory Management:/strong Be accountable for ADAS inventory, including vehicles, mobile devices, diagnostic scanners, and other provided equipment./li listrongTraining Development:/strong Participate in training sessions and maintain a well-organized work area./li /ul pstrongWhat We're Looking For:/strong/p ul listrongExperience:/strong One year of experience in automotive repairs; experience in module programming, wiring repair, or ADAS recalibration is preferred./li listrongTechnical Skills:/strong Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, the ability to use scan tools, factory software, and basic software programs is preferred./li listrongCertifications:/strong ASE or I-CAR certifications are preferred./li listrongWork Environment:/strong Ability to work in an autobody repair shop and adapt to a fast-paced environment./li listrongAttitude:/strong Self-motivated, with a positive, customer-focused approach in a team-supported environment./li listrongPosition Requirements:/strong Must have a valid driver�s license, pass an MVR check, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
