pWe are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Marriott San Diego Gaslamp Quarter. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your primary responsibilities will include auditing financial records, providing guest services, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises./p pThis is a Full Time position (30-40 hours) that pays $26.50 per hour. Authorize revenue allowances as allowed by hotel policy./li liResolve guest problems and complaints./li liEnsures total guest satisfaction./li liAnswer phone lines and assist/direct guests where needed./li liFollow supervisor’s instructions and performs other duties as directed or assigned./li liComplete tasks on daily checklist which includes, but is not limited to: ul liMonitor for customer care cases, guest chats and work orders./li liReconcile, balance, audit and/or post all receipts, charges, rooms, etc./li liRun “End of Day” reports.
