As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and improve the mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems that power our operation — including hands-on work with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems essential to our success.p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ppbKey Responsibilities/b/pulliInspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems to ensure reliable operation./liliPerform preventive maintenance on ammonia, CO₂, and Freon refrigeration systems, upholding strict safety and compliance standards./liliTroubleshoot and repair material handling equipment and facility control systems./liliDocument maintenance activities and communicate updates to leadership./liliMaintain a safe, organized workspace and support continuous improvement efforts./li/ulp/ppbQualifications/b/pulli1#43; year of experience or trade school training in facility, equipment, or refrigeration maintenance (ammonia, CO₂, Freon)./liliHands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred./liliAmmonia refrigeration certifications (e.g., RETA, IIAR, or equivalent) are a plus./liliSkilled with hand and power tools; basic computer proficiency./liliStrong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and communication skills./liliAble to lift 50 lbs and work in cold or warm environments (-20°F to 100°F)./liliFlexible availability, including weekends or overtime as needed./li/ulp/ppbWhy Lineage?/b/ppAt Lineage, you’re not just maintaining equipment — you’re helping feed the world.
