The Life Enrichment Lead will serve as an expert for personal programming for all residents within the community./p h1strongRequired Experience for Life Enrichment Lead:/strong/h1 ul liMinimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred./li liMust be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours./li liCompassionate towards the senior population./li liAbility to work independently and in collaboration of team./li liProficient in general computer skills./li /ul pstrongPrimary Responsibilities for Life Enrichment Lead:/strong/p ul liActively support our 1440 culture and pillars./li liAssist the Life Enrichment Director with the overall direction, planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills in the Life Enrichment department./li liSupports the Life Enrichment Director with administrative tasks as needed./li liComplete all tasks and functions while maintaining a high level of resident safety./li liSupport in proper setup, clean up, and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces./li liSupport transportation by attending outings, coordinating relevant administrative tasks, and upholding safety practices./li liAdhere to and uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook./li liProvide direction to Life Enrichment support roles (e.g., LEA, Shuttle Drivers) regarding day-to-day activities and responsibilities./li liSupport functional responsibilities in absence of Life Enrichment Director as needed./li /ul pstrongGeneral Working Conditions:/strong/p pThis position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
