charts utilizing the Trauma Services Data Collection Forms./span/lilispan style="font-size:11pt"Assists in assigning AIS and ISS scores./span/lilispan style="font-size:11pt"Enters and maintains patient information in the Texas EMS/Trauma Registry for DHR./span/lilispan style="font-size:11pt"Manages the DHR Trauma Registry including maintaining a concurrent registry in compliance with the Texas Trauma Registry, National Trauma Data Bank (NTDB) and American College of Surgeons (ACS) Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) for verification, state designation and national tracking into the Digital Innovations v5 Trauma Registry in compliance with the Texas Department of State health Services of EMS and Trauma requirements and DHR specific requirements (e.g. ICD-10
