Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. /p p /p pThis role is located at one of our Mechanicsville/Richmond operations./p p /p pThe pay for this position is $18 / hr./p p /p h2Responsibilities/h2 pWhen you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. /p p /p pDuring our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards./p p /p pemEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans/em/p h2Qualifications/h2 ul liMust be at least 18 years old/li liMust be currently enrolled in a college/university in a bachelors degree program /li liMust be a current junior graduating December 2026 or May 2027/li liMust have a minimum of 6 months of experience in one of the following areas: ul liSales- Commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential/li liCustomer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail restaurant, hospitality, call center)/li liParticipation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team/li liLeadership role in the military, clubs, organizations or community involvement/li /ul/li liMust have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years (Total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points)./li liNo drug or alcohol related violations on driving record in the past 3 years./li liMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future/li liMust be available to work a Full-Time 40 hour schedule during the Summer Internship./li /ul
