Apply today!/p pstrongWhat You Will Do/strong/p pMake mechanical changes and adjustments to line equipment and operate all automation equipmentbr /Plan and address daily production needs.br /Ensure quality production to meet customer specificationsbr /Make quality checks and document completed checks as required.br /Maintain line cleanliness, including proper storage of tools, emptying trash and getting full trash hoppers dumped.br /Accurate and timely reporting of daily production information into the appropriate forms and/or databases.br /Assign and direct personnel on pattern changes and short periods of downtime./p pInspect and pack glass as needed into designated racks.br /Report all unsafe equipment and/or conditions.br /Maintain operations at highest standards set forth by PGW’s customers, production, and quality departments./p p /p pstrongWhat We Offer/strong/p pStarting rate $21.17/hrbr /12 hour shifts rotating days (3 days one week and 4 days the next)br /Competitive benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, STD, life insurance, and 401k with company matchbr /Paid vacation and holidaysbr /Regular performance reviews with opportunities for growth and movement within company.br /At least two weekends off per month according to rotationbr /Guaranteed pay increases every 6 months for the first 3 years.br /Paid lunch breaks/p pstrongWhat We Need From You/strong/p ul liMechanical ability./li liAdequate computer skills/li liMust be willing to assist in other roles as called upon or needed./li liPrevious experience driving fork truck, preferred but not required/li liAt least one year previous manufacturing experience preferred./li /ul pstrongPhysical Requirements and Safety:/strong/p ul liPerform duties within normal manufacturing environmental conditions./li liMust be able to climb stairs, push/pull, grip to use hand tools, reach, see, hear and speak./li liMust be able to be on your feet, 12 hour shifts/li liMust be able to inspect and pack glass/li liMust be able work in warm conditions./li liMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and with assistance, above 50 pounds./li liMust be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time./li liMust follow posted security procedures at all times while in the building./li liMust follow all Personal Protective Equipment requirements./li /ul p /p
