This position is located at 115 Market St, Suite 201., Durham, NC 27701./p/divp/ppThis position requires licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of North Carolina. An Occupational Therapist (OT) working at the CDSA will conduct eligibility determination evaluations for children referred to the ITP using standardized testing tools and informal evaluation methods such as observation and caregiver reports. They are responsible for evaluating the adaptive, communication, motor, cognitive and social-emotional development of children birth-three to determine eligibility for ITP services. The OT will also complete developmental assessments, provide consultation and support to families and other direct services CDSA staff, assist with the development of family service plans in collaboration with other team members, and provide treatment services as needed.
