Come join our innovative, fun, and growing team today!/p pstrongSchedule:/strong/p ul li1st Shift/li liMonday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm/li /ul pstrongPay:/strong/p ul li$20.80/li /ul pstrong*A pre-employment drug test is required if offered the position./strong/p pstrongSummary:/strong/p pSpecialty finishing converting area consists of multiple machines and or processes that add value to our customers finished product. In doing so, there will be specialized instructions written, verbal, and technical drawings required for the set up and running of this converting equipment. As part of the value we provide to our customers, all specialty finishing operators will be required to set up and operate multiple high speed converting assets. Attention to detail, flexibility, problem solving skills and teamwork are a must./p pstrongWhat will I do in this role?/strong/p ul liResponsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements./li liMaintain superior attendance record./li liPerform all tasks following safety guidelines at all times./li liComply with all Belmark operating procedures, work instructions and food safety requirements./li liCase packing finished product./li liEnsure all product quality attributes are met during the converting process./li liRead and understand job specifications./li liPrepare and label cases on pallet./li liStage raw materials./li liPerform quality tests./li liPerformance will be evaluated based upon: ol liAdhere to written and oral job specifications./li liProduce a quality product done right the first time./li liIndividual output must meet the set minimum operating standards./li liMaintain a clean and safe working environment./li /ol /li liMay perform other duties as assigned by supervisor./li /ul pstrongMinimum Qualifications:/strong/p ul liRequires education equivalent to two (2) years of high school education, or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing/production environment./li liAbility to read, write, comprehend and follow both written and oral English communication./li liRegular attendance is required.
