The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for organizing the timely and safe transporting of residents to various individual and group activities. We listen to feedback and make changes to ensure the best work environment./p pstrongWhat you will bring/strong/p pOur ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor./p ul liAccepts all calls from residents for transportation requests, displaying good judgment and excellent telephone etiquette/li liArranges resident transportation in an accurate, timely, and concise manner, so as to fulfill as many resident requests as possible/li liSchedules daily work assignments for drivers, assists with the supervision of drivers/li liMaintains accurate records, reports, and documentation for vehicles. Maintains logs for CHP inspection/li liPicks up and delivers residents to all activities in a prompt and courteous manner/li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul listrongMust possess or be willing to get a valid Commercial Drivers license, Class B, with Passenger Endorsement. Must have a good driving record./strong/li liStrong organizational and leadership skills./li liExcellent customer service skills/li liGeneral computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook/li liMust be able to interpret and follow map directions./li liHigh school education/GED.
