Your pivotal role involves creating a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting, ensuring a steady flow of activity and opportunities for our sales team./p/lilipEmploy various strategies to generate appointments and drive traffic by meeting departmental activity targets utilizing outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead-generation techniques./p/lilipEffectively communicate with prospective customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our RV products and services./p/lilipUtilize provided scripts and talking points for both initiating and receiving phone calls./p/lilipProactively make 8-10 outbound calls per hour with the primary objective of scheduling sales appointments./p/lilipUtilize the CRM system to record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data is essential for efficient follow-up and tracking./p/lilipStay up-to-date with all ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions. Align your efforts with marketing initiatives to leverage their impact on lead generation and sales conversion./p/lilipRegularly track and analyze your personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements./p/lilipBe receptive to coaching and work closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success./p/lilipEnsure complete customer satisfaction by helping to proactively manage online reputation through review sites and social media outlets./p/lilipCollaborate with sales team to ensure total department symbiosis and ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale./p/lilipVinSolutions experience is a huge plus!/p/li/ulp/ppbWhat You Need to Have for the Role:/b/pullipClear and concise written and verbal communication/p/lilipResults driven and motivated for sales/p/lilipExcellent customer service/p/lilipEffectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals/p/lilipAbility to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills/p/lilipHas prior CRM experience and is very computer savvy/p/lilipPrevious sales experience a plus/p/lilipMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices/p/li/ulp/ppbGeneral Compensation Disclosure/b/ppThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.   At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.  This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay.
